My Goals

Round 2 2012 – Goals:

One Month Goals:

1.    Walk 5 km – achieved
2.    Lose 6 kilos – achieved
3.    Tone my arms
4.    Eat clean and healthy 95% of the time – achieved
7.    To walk the Bridge to Bridge in Penrith – achieved

Three Month Goals:

1. Lose 20 kilos achieved
2. Walk 7 kms – achieved
3. Tone my arms more
4. Eat clean and healthy 95% of the time – achieved
5. Join a gym and actually go!
6. To do ‘City to Surf’ – waiting for Ausgust 12 🙂

Twelve Month Goals:

1.    To commit to 12wbt until I am where I want to be
2.    To have lost 50 kilos and stay at my best weight
3.    To have fabulous arms
4.    Too not limit myself because of how I feel or look!
5.    To be happy
6.    To be still eating 95% clean
7.    To be feeling fabulous!
8.    To love going to the gym and exercising
9.    To be able to run 10  kms
10.    To do ‘Walk for the Cure’
